Parent Support Worker
Montreal Lake, SK
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Parent Aide serves an important role in our agency's mission to prevent child abuse. As a member of our direct service team, this position provides child abuse prevention services and case management to families whose children are at a greater risk for child abuse/neglect. The primary duties include providing parent education, support, and case management in the homes of at-risk, high-risk families. Duties involve home visiting (on-site services), travel, and occasional evening/weekend hours.
Post-Majority Care – Case Supervisor

The Post Majority Care – Case Supervisor provides service coordination and planning for youth and young adults who are aging out or have aged out of care up to the age of 26. The Post Majority Care – Case Supervisor will support the safety and well-being of First Nations youth and young adults in an approach that is culturally appropriate to assist them in thriving in their transition to adulthood. The Post Majority Care – Case Supervisor functions within legislative requirements, regulations, policies, procedures, and the Mission, Beliefs, and Vision of Montreal Lake Child and Family Agency and contributes to accomplishing the strategic priorities.
The Post Majority Care – Case Supervisor will work collaboratively and cooperatively at all levels to coordinate and plan activities and provide case management services to Indigenous youth and young adults formerly in care. Collaborate with Jordan’s Principle Case Supervisor to apply Department of Indigenous Services Canada service-related funding definitions and Agency coordination and planning activities related to service planning for the children and families serviced by the Agency.
Aging Out of Care Program Coordinator

Facilitates engagement and comprehensive case management for youth as they age out of care. Through outreach and family engaged case management the Aging Out of Care Program Coordinator will assess and determine the needs of the youth. This role involves strong advocacy and the ability to navigate through multiple systems to reach appropriate resource allocation. Working knowledge of available resources and accessibility of these resources will be a fundamental element of this role. This includes assisting and connecting with community, personal and provincial support resources and building on informal support systems.
Aging Out of Care Program Outreach Worker
Montreal Lake, SK

Strong clerical and interpersonal skills will be required to ensure seamless program delivery.
Intake & Investigation Worker
Montreal Lake, SK
The Intake/Investigator uses family systems theory to assess the need for the protection of children. Under the supervision of the Child Protection Supervisor, the Intake/Investigator carries out the mandate of The Child and Family Services Act of Saskatchewan. You will use a strength-based approach to gather, analyze, and interpret child and family information to formulate assessments for the purpose of investigating and case planning. The Intake/Investigator must continually assess the immediacy of risk, make key decisions in consultation with the Supervisor and respond in a timely manner. In addition, the worker will coordinate and/or provide direct service to the family using an evidence-based approach. Intake/Investigator uses family-based systems theory to assess and maintain the balance between protecting children and strengthening the family unit. You will use your knowledge and skills to document case facts and present evidence in court as necessary.
