Caregiver Engagement Survey Report
Caregivers are vitally important and play a crucial role in the child welfare system. MLCFA recognizes this and wants to ensure that caregivers are receiving the support they need.
In order to better understand and respond to the experiences and needs of MLCFA’s caregivers, the Agency hired research consultant Raissa Graumans, to develop a survey and facilitate a focus group to gather feedback from active caregivers. This report presents the results of this work, which took place in December 2024.
